  • What type of food do you offer?
    We offer a diverse selection of homemade dishes, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.   • How do I place an order?
    Orders can be placed online through our website, WhatsApp chat, or by phone. Simply select the thali you want to order, provide your delivery information, and choose your preferred payment method.
  • What are your delivery areas?
    We offer FREE DELIVERY for Zone 1, covering Shaikpet to Mehdipatnam, and paid delivery for Zone 2, from Durgam Cheruvu to Hitech City, as well as Zone 3, from Film Nagar to Banjara Hills.
  • What are delivery timings?
    We have fixed delivery timings for Lunch and Dinner. Lunch deliveries are done between 12:30 PM to 02:00 PM. Dinner deliveries are done between 07:30 PM to 09:00 PM.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Our refund policy is available on our website and outlines the process for requesting a refund for food that does not meet our standards of quality.
  • How is the food packaged and delivered?
    The food is sealed in silver foil bags to ensure it remains fresh and hot while in transit. For those in Zone 1 (Shaikpet to Mehdipatnam), our delivery personnel will deliver your order right to your doorstep, or leave it at a secure spot if you're not available. For Zone 2 (Durgam Cheruvu to Hitech City) and Zone 3 (Film Nagar to Banjara Hills), deliveries are carried out via the Rapido delivery service.
