What type of food do you offer?

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online through our website, WhatsApp chat, or by phone. Simply select the box you want to order, provide your delivery information, and choose your preferred payment method.
What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver our food to Shaikpet, Tolichowki, Gallexy, Paramount, Nanal Nagar, Khader Bagh, and Mehdipatnam areas. If you are outside of this area, please contact us at +91 8989292919 to see if delivery is available to your location. We are soon going to start our services in Gachibowli, Kondapur, Hitech City, and Madhapur.
What are delivery timings?

We have fixed delivery timings for Lunch and Dinner. Lunch deliveries are done between 12:30 PM to 01:30 PM. Dinner deliveries are done between 07:30 PM to 08:30 PM.
How is the food packaged and delivered?

The food is packaged in silver foiled bags to keep it fresh and hot during transit. Our delivery drivers will bring your order to your doorstep and leave it in a secure location if you are not at home.
What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is available on our website and outlines the process for requesting a refund for food that does not meet our standards of quality.
